Turnbull Technical Training College invites local, national, and international partners, development agencies, foundations, private-sector organizations, faith-based organizations, philanthropists and other institutions to join us in transforming the lives of marginalized and disadvantaged young people through practical skills, technology and sustainable economic opportunities.

We provide practical and market-oriented training in: Saloon and Beautification, Clothing Designs, Secretarial Studies, Hotel Management and Hospitality, Information Technology (IT), Knitting and Creative Handcrafts, Foreign Languages, Tourism, Decoration and Cake Making. Therefore we are extremely delighted to invite you to become a partner with Turnbull Tech Training College (TTTC).

AT Turnbull Tech Training College (TTTC) we are truly happy to be proudly working together with BRAC MAENDELEO TANZANIA for three years consecutively since 2024. Our collaboration is in different areas which encompass the following: Providing training for adolescent girls and women as part of their goals of education, employment and social empowerment; decorating a stage for a BRAC events; and, also in 2026 we have jointly agreed to train 15 young women from BRAC MAENDELEO TANZANIA in Sewing and Tailoring, Cooking –Bakery, Hairdressing –Beauty Therapy and also Catering and Decoration, and Saloon to improve their livelihoods and promote sustainable business practices within the Iringa region.

BRAC MAENDELEO TANZANIA’s program objectives include skills training, youth employment, self-employment, and youth-led enterprises development. These objectives are directly related to TTTC’s aims.

As a result of the BRAC/TTTC partnership in training, all 54 of the BRAC participants in 2024 have opened offices and have become self-employed. Follow-up shows that they are making good progress with their small businesses in the community. This is a great success for the students, TTTC and BRAC.

In the future, if some students are not interested in being self-employed, one of our roles at TTTC is to assist and prepare graduates to develop their technical skills in branding and marketing their personal skills within Tanzania and other countries.
